Well, This is going to be my first post on this wonderful blog, I am proud of helping this project out. I am in charge of working on a emulator that works with version 1.12 of WoW, yup this is going to be Taliis's Home heh.
After much discussion, ascent was chosen (due to it's script core) and I am slowly downgrading it. I am doing it out of spite xD You don't understand how annoying it is to have to check every packet but yeah I guess me >3 Tharo no homo tho...
I think soon I'll have at least in-game loading working (A9 is such a bitch) until then no more posts from me :(

I never understood why all servers always want to be up to date to the life clients. Most reason is "that ppl that play life can play here, too!" But thats stupid. We dont want to catch up life players we want to have our very own players :) (and models can be ported..)
Everyone have WoW 1.12. It had no copy protection and of course blizz, u cannot say that we want to grap up your players. Also we dont have to run behind proto changes on the life servers. We can just focus our work to to make everything work as it should.
So i think for a freeshard 1.12 is just perfect so lets hope that it will work soon.
